Sandy is a coach, consultant, facilator and mentor to individuals and companies, supporting the creation, building and leading of generative and sustainable organizations. For three decades, he gained invaluable experience in sales and sales management with leading companies such as IBM, CB Commercial and international financial institutions. As an avid learner, he has expanded both his experience and his education through his training in and practice of HeartMath, Cultural Transformation Tools, wisdom practices, servant leadership, and other relevant practices.
